Ironing

We iron knitwear articles in all types of yarns (t-shirts are ironed with profiles). Ironing is done with irons created and body-shaped at the sleeves and neck. This is how we achieve precise body-fit models and precise customized measurements as ordered by our customers. We also cover-iron fine merino wool articles and under-press with vapor where needed.

Final checking

The final checking is done through luminous dummies or flat on the counter, respecting customer demands to ensure a thorough quality control.

Labeling, Mending and Stain Removing

We attach all kinds of labels, on all types of knitwear. We also mend faulty knitwear articles. Stain removal is done with great care, using environmentally-friendly products.

Folding and packaging

Folding and putting into package bags are done manually with extreme care, or else on automated lines to ensure absolute precision.

Logistics

At the end of the processing we also offer customized services for logistics, packing in boxes, assorting and dispatching of the articles to the customer.
